1. Services: One Day Websites agrees to provide website design and development services as described in your selected package.

2. Payments: Services are billed as one-time fees for development, with optional recurring fees for hosting and maintenance. Refunds are governed by our "Design Gate" policy found on our Guarantee page.

3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of the final website code and content. One Day Websites retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

4. Limitation of Liability: One Day Websites is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
