We believe in data minimization. We only collect what is necessary to build your site:
- Contact Info: Name, email, phone number (for Sprint communication).
- Project Data: Logos, copy, images, and brand assets provided for the build.
- Payment Info: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the agreed-upon website service.
- To communicate regarding project milestones and revisions.
- To send the final invoice and deliverables.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing agencies.
3. Third-Party Tools
Your website may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., Form submission tools, Headless CMS). By authorizing these integrations, you acknowledge that data may pass through these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Our Site: We use minimal cookies strictly for site functionality and basic analytics (e.g., ensuring the site loads correctly).
Your Site: The website we build for you is yours. You are responsible for adding your own Privacy Policy and Cookie Consent banner if you choose to add tracking scripts (like Google Analytics) to your final site.
5. Data Retention
We retain project files for 12 months as a courtesy backup. You may request the deletion of your project files from our archives at any time after delivery.
Terms of Service (The Agreement)
Effective Date: January 11, 2026 | Jurisdiction: State of New Hampshire
1. Overview of Service
OneDayWebsites.agency ("The Provider," "We") provides rapid website architecture and development services. We deliver custom-coded HTML/CSS websites integrated with headless content management systems ("The Deliverable") in a condensed "Sprint" timeline.
2. The "Sprint" Process & Client Obligations
To ensure the 24-hour turnaround, the Client ("You") agrees to:
- Provide any specific text, images, or verified business details required to replace the placeholder content in the approved mockup prior to the final build.
- Be available for feedback during the designated design block of the Sprint.
- Acknowledge that delays in Client feedback will pause the 24-hour clock.
3. The Payment, Approval & Refund Policy
We offer a transparent process with clear refund eligibility.
A. Payment & Mockup
The project initiates when you purchase the website build ($750 flat fee) and complete the intake form. We then design and send you a custom mockup. You are entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions to refine this design.
B. Approval or Refund
- Refund: If you do not like the mockup we create after the revision process, you are returned your money in full and the build is cancelled.
- Approval: If you approve the mockup, the build is confirmed and "The Build" phase begins. At this point, you revoke your rights to a full refund.
C. The 24-Hour Launch Guarantee
We aim to have your website live within a 24-hour period from the start of the intake form.
- Agency Delay: If you do not receive your live website within the 24-hour period due to any hold-up on our end, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
- Client Delay: If the project is on hold due to a hold-up on your end (e.g., assets not sent, DNS records not updated, delayed feedback/approval), no refund is eligible for the delay.
4. Post-Launch Revisions & Handover
Final Delivery: The project is considered "Complete" upon the handover of the live website URL or the delivery of the source code files.
No Post-Launch Revisions: There are zero (0) revisions included after the site has been handed over. Any changes requested after the site is live (layout changes, feature additions, or design tweaks) will be treated as a new project scope or billed at our standard hourly rate.

C. The 7-Day Launch Warranty
"While design changes are not permitted after launch, One Day Websites provides a 7-day warranty period to fix any functional bugs, broken links, or mobile display errors reported by the Client. This warranty does not cover new feature requests or content updates."
6. Technology, Hosting & Maintenance
A. Tech Stack
We construct websites using HTML5, Tailwind CSS, and Headless APIs. This architecture ensures speed, security, and portability.
B. Hosting & Infrastructure
OneDayWebsites.agency uses serverless infrastructure (e.g., Netlify) which is typically free for standard business usage.
- Zero Monthly Fees: You are not required to pay One Day Websites any recurring hosting fees.
- Ownership: You maintain full administrative access to your hosting account and domain.
- Costs: Client is responsible for any third-party infrastructure costs if they exceed free tier limits.
C. Intellectual Property & Transfer
"Upon full payment of the project invoice, One Day Websites grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and host the final website code. Intellectual property rights transfer to the Client only upon successful payment processing. One Day Websites retains ownership of any underlying reusable code libraries or frameworks."
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Third-party service outages (hosting, API providers).
- Traffic, revenue, or SEO rankings resulting from the website.
- Security breaches arising from Client-managed passwords or third-party integrations.
8. Portfolio & Credit
"The Provider retains the right to display the final website design in their portfolio and marketing materials. The Client agrees to retain a small text link in the website footer reading 'Designed by One Day Websites' or similar."
